Navigating everything that life entails is challenging, and we don't have to figure it out alone. Working with me provides a supportive space for you to explore your perceptions, thoughts, feelings and experiences to give you the clarity and insight you need to make choices that are best for you.
My role in therapy is to provide a space that is transparent, free of judgement and free of criticism to safely explore where you are, where you want to be, and whom you want to become.
Many clients have described this experience as liberating and empowering, freeing them to grow and find meaning, purpose and fulfilment in life.

"With Yalda's support and guidance, I am becoming the person I've always wanted to be; able to constructively communicate my emotions and feelings and fully accepting myself for who I am."

"Of all the therapists I've had over the years, Yalda has been by far the best. She's providing me a non-judgmental space where I can pick apart my assumptions about myself and the world. Through her compassion and her wealth of skills, Yalda's helping me choose – actually choose – who I want to be, now and for the rest of my life. I could not have gotten where I am in my life without her, and I'm profoundly grateful to her for her skills and compassion"

"I remember walking out of my first session with Yalda feeling happier and lighter, as if part of the weight of the world that I’d carried on my shoulders for so long had been let go. It felt on that day as if she’d given me a gentle nudge onto the right path for myself. As I write this it’s been a bit over 3 years since I first met Yalda and I’m quite proud of how far I have come. I could never thank her enough for the guidance and support she’s given me. She has contributed greatly to my life having a much better balance, particularly in the last 12 months, in a way in which is both manageable and sustainable. I look forward to every session I have with Yalda, as she continually helps me to develop the knowledge and skills necessary to approach, handle and learn from whatever circumstances and challenges that come my way.- Much appreciation, Daniel"
